Yoshi's Island was a game that I begged my parents for at every holiday and birthday. Years passed and I only ever played it at a friend's house or as a rental.
So to not just beat the game, but also 100% complete it is an accomplishment 30 years in the making.

It's been a few months, but I finally bounced back to Expedition 33 last night.
I got back in the groove of things pretty quickly, even managing to defeat the boss that pushed me to take my break from the game.

I had truly forgotten how finicky Oblivion's lockpicking system was.
Prior to this video I had spent ten minutes reloading a quick save to open two chests with Average level locks.
Then, on a whim, I gave this Very Hard lock a shot and almost nailed it on my third try.

I feel like professional voice actors rarely get the recognition they deserve.
