That's why I used that Wagovy stuff.

Expensive but it's worth it. I think a lot of my overeating was done because of depression not because I was hungry. When I was in the band & touring I was always in perfect shape. It seems like when I stopped performing I got bummed out & took comfort in food

Thanks buddy. It was definitely an uphill climb and I couldn't have done it without a butt ton of medication but I got there. I think I'm going to go about 30 more pounds and then relax a bit.

It's good to stay in shape. We eat a lot of processed foods and that clogs the arteries. My heart attack caught me completely off guard. Now I feel like I at least I'll have a couple more years left in me.

Less chance of another heart attack. Plus I'm fitting into all my old clothes now. As I type this I'm wearing a Def Leppard t-shirt from the late 90s. It's been a very long time since I fit in this thing🤣😂

I'm really glad I held on to some of my older clothes. There's a lot of stuff fitting me now that hasn't fit in years.

Thanks buddy. It's funny when I have the suit jacket on because the suit jacket is way too big for me now. It looks like I'm wearing a trench coat. I only picked it up in the summer but I lost so much weight because of Wagovy that in 5 months I'm a completely different person😅

So that's the trick. I need money and a house. Got to put that on my Christmas list😅🤣😂

You would just think they would make them bigger.. it's not the 18th century. People are taller now. I have a nephew who's over 7 ft tall. I wonder how he fits into a bathtub. That's got to be insane for him.

It really is Tiny. I don't even use it I only use the shower. The one in this building is the most uncomfortable one I've ever had. Next place I live I'm getting a huge bathtub. I don't care if I'm renting. I will pay for the renovations myself.

All I know is it's going to be some tasty meat😄

It's been more helpful than not. Sometimes not budging was the right thing to do.
