Rumour has it..We need a COO. We need a cabinet BPR.(COO who understands healthcare). Article 1 job Description 2-2-2. 2 and 3 work 'around Article 1 'roles and responsibilities performance loop' and adequate judicial review in a rapidly changing environment. Be prepared to justify your 'value add.
