I noticed in the updated VBAM conversion some rules about the tech. It looks like Starmada is planning on expanding the number of TL's to provide a little more granularity. I'd already created my own +10/-10 TL progression, but unfortunately I can't use that with the Drydock spreadsheets.

Yes, I checked out the MJ12 and found that Daniel had been kind enough to post the updated VBAM stats conversion information. I'm very excited about the Admiral's Handbook, it looks like it'll add a lot of fun new things to the game.
