Ah but these look fine! I would suggest adding some floaters like duckweed. It is the most efficient way of absorbing phosphates....unless you have no way of getting rid of the excess duckweed you will inevitably get lol

Do you have a picture of the tank? Maybe the number of plants might also be too small! The more there are the less phosphates are left of the algae

Additional Co2 helped me in that regard. It helps the plants to process the excess nutrients in the Tank before the algae can. The latter seems to be much less efficient in doing so.

I also feel like it attracted viewers by intentionally trying to be a cringeworthy watch - there is a big audience for that

Ja ich hab auch eine veredelte letzten April gepflanzt. Sorte "Mars", meine ich. Aber dass das so schnell geht ist gut zu hören...dachte ich müsste noch 10 Jahre abwarten...

Fruchtansätze sind resistenter, ja. Normalerweise ist das bei uns oben im Sauerland nie ein Problem, weil die so spät blühen, dass es nicht mehr frosten sollte...aber dann war der März so unglaublich warm und an die Kaltphase letztes Jahr erinnert man sich noch. Klima spielt verrückt...

Ich bin auch echt kurz davor ein paar dieser "Kerzen" zu kaufen...kein einziger Apfel letztes Jahr
