they recommended a tsp but I thought that was too much for me, maybe start with less and increase if needed.

TMI, I saw somewhere that chia seeds were good for health blah blah, I tried and man, it had healthy poop consequences hahahahaha
I tried the one you leave it with water and tea or cinnamon until it poofs and drink it. another alternative is overnight chia or blending.
