all we did in that parade was to exist, and to promote benevolence, religious pluralism and pride. as usual, the right wingers didn't like that. but also as usual, we saw a ton of enthusiasm for satanic ideals in that very christian town. it's honestly inspiring to see the support we get there.

trans woman here. my congregation shows up for me and my queer siblings every week, all year long. they do it in the way that they treat us every day, through charitable community partnerships with groups that are friendly to queer people and through rituals on the trans day of remembrance.
