Todays river is the Ganges river. This river is 2,525km long and is the longest river in India. It is also considered the most polluted river in the world and stretches of over 600 km (370 mi) are classified as ecologically dead zones. I will rate this river a 2.5.

Today’s river is the Mississippi River. It is the second largest river in the USA by only a kilometre and the third largest river basin in the world. And at the rivers widest point it is 11 miles wide. I will rate today’s river a 4.2 out of 5.

Todays river is the mighty Amazon river. This is a river of wonder for it holds a magnitude of species ranging from crocodiles, piranhas and the pink dolphins. I will rate this river a 5/5 because it is one of earths largest rivers and it has some of the earths most unique wildlife.

Today’s river is the river Nile. This river is 6,650 km long and its drainage basin covers 11 countries. I am going to rate this river a 5/5 because it is the longest in the world and many countries primary water source is the Nile.

This is the river Taff. This river runs from Bannau Brycheiniog in wales to its mouth in Cardiff bay. From this picture I will rate this river a 3.5/5 as there are many better looking rivers in the world.
