As IAF Regional Director for North America since 2023, and a member since 2021, Manal contributes actively to IAF through her work on the Board, Facilitation Week activities, and initiatives.

She is deeply committed to fostering “small-f facilitation,” and strengthening community across borders.

Manal specializes in designing inclusive, equity driven processes that move groups from reflection to action. She holds an MBA in Change Management, and is a Technology of Participation Practitioner and Certified Coach (Diamond Leadership).

As Regional Director, Hardy aims to foster greater cross-regional collaboration, promote the “One Asia” spirit, and support chapter leaders.

Hardy has played key leadership roles in the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) India Chapter since 2017.

He has facilitated across global chapters and conferences, chaired the 8th India Annual Facilitators Conference, and volunteered with the Facilitation Impact Awards.
