Isn’t he trying to “make America great again” by showcasing how its allies are all reliant on its military capacity? The underlying purpose being to grab any wealth they might want or let said allies fend for themselves and agreeing with for ex Putin in the background on how to slice the cake.

The only way to take back power for the people is for the people to do it themselves en masse.
