get powdered pectin. just in case. i never have enough natural pectin for it to set properly.

You seem to have a lot of faith in the courts to save democracy, given that the highest court in the country seems delighted to overturn precedent and do the President's bidding. Where does that faith come from? (and i mean that as a sincere question, as i'd like to feel more hopeful).
