Am I a night or morning person? A question that has plagued me most of my life. If you ask around, they’ll tell you I am not a morning person. Waking up early is not the problem though. Just because I don’t, doesn’t mean I can’t. I would also argue, I am not a night owl either. The truth is, I don’t care much which part of the day sees me awake, but I need to sleep when I’m tired. I like to sleep; I need to sleep. Self-declared night people want to stay up late, regardless of how early they awoke. Self-declared morning people want to get up early, regardless of how late they stayed up. To me, that’s insanity. I don’t care which end of the day is incorporated into my sleep schedule, so long as one end or the other is in the tabulation.

Two people can share an event and come away having had completely different experiences. Life is hard and often messy. Why do we lack consideration for things that are beyond the end of our noses?
