orbz.fun isn't just StumbleUpon for Orbiter, now it's got a WaybackMachine

Still here, still just $3.33/month (when purchased annually). We're ad free with a chronological feed, serving up beautiful, high resolution photos. The best part though is the community. It's an earnest and supportive group of photographers. Fall in love with photography again and give us a shot.

Remember StumbleUpon?

Inspired by the old web, and built for the new on top of orbiter.host, here's orbz.fun

OrbiterSite deployments from the OrbiterFactory contract are used to get the latest mapping for whichever page is currently being explored.

Found an old Canon Sprint and a roll of Kirkland film that expired in 2002 in a drawer. Documenting Thanksgiving on it 📸

I alluded to my "site on NFC" attempt, but didn't elaborate.

Simple idea — store a data url on the card. But you can't use those for top level navigation.

The solution was hosting a very simple HTML page on ipfs that uses minimal JS to bootstrap a data url into an iframe.
Inspired by @danielmangum.com's exploration of hosting on BlueSky.

Recently I looked into storing bas64 encoded websites on an NFC card, and this caught my eye as an interesting alternative. Some cool possibilities here.
