Heavily edited photo of the Space Needle in Seattle, WA. Photo is taken from below, with the structure standing tall against a mostly clear sky. With the edit, the central portion of the image is blown out, but in a manner with bright parts of the image becoming massively overexposed. This leaves the shadows and midtones of the image more defined in the photo, allowing you to see parts of the supports beams and the wheel of the needle quite clearly. The sky has become an almost cartoonish-bright blue, contrasted against the yellow-coloring on the Space Needle.
