I think the problem with Ventoy is there isn't a native Linux app. You can install it from source code but it isn't in the repos. Most people set it up from Windows. Some people don't have that option or object to using Windows. It is just a question of preference.

I haven't tried it yet. I've used Ventoy without any problems but having a tool that works in Linux is worth investigating.
