it's a bit distressing to have people asking us "omg @stream.place, why did Twitch add this feature but Streamplace hasn't yet?" as if it were up to us

see Streamplace’s Makefile and “gen.go” file for examples as to how to handle Go codegen, it’s really fiddly but the types and XRPC stubs are really helpful.

yeah i’d imagine you’d need totally custom platform backends even if you presenting a unified interface, i’m sure that’s why it hasn’t happened so far
