I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.
This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

@maineaudubon.bsky.social What a WONDERFUL event last week <3 I brought home so much inspiration from the talks, loved selecting the grasses and sedges that came home with me, and the cheery recycled plastic bird feeders are already a favorite in our yard.

Today I called my governor, senators, and congressperson to ask that they join the condemnation of Trump for sending in the Marines and federalizing the National Guard in California. It's easy to do with @5calls.org and makes a difference.
