Vancouver has perpetually lower office & apartment vacancies than other cities.
Our city councils have myopically decided we'd rather tax growth with fees to keep property taxes low than grow & collect much more income & property taxes later.

Can I tell you my super-accurate asshole detection screening mechanism on BlueSky? These 2 tests never fail to identify people to block:
1/ Anyone who uses the r-slur
2/ Anyone who refers contemptuously to mothers having political agency--e.g., use of terms such as "wine moms" or "normie moms"
