For people like my parents who were promised MARTA rail on I-20 East in the 1970s and 1980s but were always told it was “too costly” and the infrastructure needed years would take years.

To see GDOT do this in mere months with an unlimited budget is infuriating.

I had a couple thoughts about the upcoming new Publix on Candler Road and Glenwood.

This is a sign that the Eastside market is reaching a saturation point and has to keep moving further… But also we missed the ball on adaptive reuse and design standards in #Atlanta

This is one of my favorite pocket parks in unincorporated Decatur “The Dec”… It’s right off of Candler Road and you wouldn’t know it here unless you live in the area.

I really wish more developers, especially those in newer areas think of stuff like this for communities
