Those who follow me know I’ve been calling out lies & challenging misinformation for many years. But even at its worst I’ve never known it this bad. I know many are feeling hopeless right now. It’s still baffling how a country that calls itself the most powerful in the world, full of supposedly educated people, allowed someone so indecent and vile to lead them. You’d expect better from a place that prides itself on being a first-world country, but somehow, here we are.

Misinformation is the poison behind most of this chaos. I can't help but feel indignant toward those who do not do their own research, especially when so much is on the line.

Something I made as a habit in 2024 - mindfully. I count even the tiniest wins at the end of my day. Sent that email? Win. Washed and hung my clothes? Big win. It’s a small habit, but it always leaves me feeling grateful and content. Try it! It works! ☺️
