Just finished my first somatic table session post Inauguration Day. Woof. My body is SORE from the releasing of the tense BRACING. Literally felt like I just finished lifting weights @ the gym. I am resting today, not only bc I fucking DESERVE it but bc it’s THE most effective form of resistance. 💫✌🏼
