This “can’t recall” statement by those in power needs to be starved of oxygen.
Implications should be that mandatory custodial sentences are imposed if they are deemed to have committed a crime otherwise. That such testimony if otherwise proved false exacerbates punishment.

I just watched the report. I can’t fathom why the universities named don’t ensure accreditation now for the litigants at no cost? Surely less costly than brand-damaging litigation?

Agree. Most aren’t grinning Artful Dodger types. There is hunger, desperation and an awareness no one is watching (out for) them.
I can understand not abiding by a law in a place which seems to have so much and not really care about looking after it.

Mostly, I don’t think this deck-chair shift will make a lick of difference to the LNP prospects. In fact, it will make them even more unelectable.

I think it’s Tehan. I say that without any optimism about his abilities or scruples.
“Well-done Angus” still hasn’t accounted for $80m in taxpayer money diverted to fuel during Covid when he was Minister of Energy or something.
Only issue is the fuel never arrived nor the money returned.

Far right extremism and vocal racism in Australia is an open sore.
Only yesterday, in a clinical setting, was I in conversation with different people and on separate occasions about “being overrun by immigrants” and how “Trump talks sense”.

I was never a huge fan of @theprojecttv.bsky.social. But compared to @10newsplus.bsky.social, it is sorely missed.
