Here’s what you do for that! You wet the dedicated coconut with either coconut milk ( maggi pol kiri) or water, and you put it in the microwave for 1 minute and it fluffs up nicely. Make sure it’s all wet but not swimming. I use dedicated coconut all the time and it’s bone dry too!
