Inspired by my yearly reading of Cliff Doerksen's "The Real American Pie", Townsend's recent video, and Hank Shaw (ofc), I made five and a half quarts of venison mincemeat. Today came the proof of concept tartlets. Execution needs work. Taste is amazing.
