I was Born In Denaby Yorkshire, Love Bites, one of the first songs I taped on VHS off Rage an Aussie all night music channel in the 80s. I have gone on to see them every time they visit. Sometimes doing both shows.🤘

It's ludicrous , that we as a race have learnt so much and come so far, but in many ways are still stupid as fck. I have 2 brothers who are anti everything and everyone that right wing media & thug politicians tell them to hate. Like you with yours I have nothing to do with them.

There's no doubt a part of Israels population are happy for theft of land from any neighbour. They believe it's their right to expand through aggression. Any other country in the world, would face consequences I think.

It's a decision based only on hate. They know it will get people killed or scarred for life. But their sick, twisted minds have dehumanized people so much they will do it out of sheer spite.

They are deluded of course, they are struggling in Ukraine. He's trying to stop Europe vetoing his peace plan, that guarantees he will take Ukraine in the future. Anyone pushing that plan should be considered a traitor to the west.

Because it's not genocide if they let the Palestinians return or aid to enter Gaza by the crossing. The hard right Israeli ministers insist on genocide as the only solution, and Netanyahu is only too willing to oblige.

I have seen hen and marsh harriers in the wild, solitary or in pairs. I think most birds of prey only get social when food numbers are high enough Canada geese might be too big, but they tend to go for risky prey that big if they are desperate, so always a possibility.

With half decent media the whole regime wouldn't be able to hide behind those stupid lines all the time. The better media that exists need to work on techniques to force answers or at least reactions to questions the regime don't like.

Sadly according to a meme I saw on bsky, 7 of the top billionaires own 7 of the big media companies. The rich have always known that influence is power, but now they no longer have to worry about societies norms. They influence only for their goals with no worries for consequences to others lives.

As has been seen with other war criminals, if they have the power no one at the Hague is going to arrest them. The way I see this playing out Trump will eventually throw Kegbreath under a bus, but will then pardon him to keep his silence.

The billionaire or millionaires as they were always bought media to control the narrative. But iny opinion Murdoch is totally unscrupulous and decided to use it to self enrich with zero ethics attached. He has a lot to blame for with some of the wests recent disastrous leaders.

At that time journalist were trained to look for the chink in the armour of politicians etc. These days if a politician has a chink the media deliberately avoid it or even attempt to patch it up. A pretty or handsome face does not necessarily make for a good journalist.

The worst is that he is allowed to control the media through ridiculous statements and behaviour. Follow up questions are only asked of anyone to the left of centre it seems. Thus allowing right wing answers to be replayed over & over unquestioned.

How has it ended when the killing and displacement has continued ? No mention of the Palestinians tortured etc in prison for years often without trial ?

I think it's a clear sign that all the rape allegations etc are true. I think his escalation of attacks on women reporters are probably the tip of the iceberg, imagine how he treats women out of cameras views. Is it due to blaming the Survivors for his situation with the files?
