Atomstack Maker A5 V2 40Watt: This is my new toy. Absolute novice at engraving so lots to learn. As I intend to do some cutting, I hooked up the air assist to my airbrush compressor. I also added a honeycomb Table.

1979 BMW R80/7 TIC Airhead. I managed to find a proper Police tank to replace the standard tank which a PO had fitted. I've primed it ready for a repaint and pinstripe .

1979 BMW R80/7 TIC Rebuild. Parts are fitted to the bike after they are refurbished, repaired, or replaced and cleaned. Working on the wiring and preparing for a start. ( once I get the new battery)

1979 BMW R80/7 TIC rebuild. Making a start on the bodywork and tank. I got the paint colour matched with the original Police White. Sprayed with rattle can 2 pack and pin striped with an artists brush and black enamel. Not perfect but couldn't afford a pro paint job.

1979 BMW R80/7 TIC rebuild. Making some progress. Bars, headlamp, coils and voltage regulator in place.Wiring loom repaired and fitted. The carbs are being cleaned and rebuilt. While I wait for a battery to be delivered, I'll start work on the fairing and tank.

New steering bearings and overhauled forks. Fitted Gearbox, wheels and shock absorbers. Clutch and final drive splines greased. Engine, gearbox, shaft and final drive oils changed.

Each part was cleaned checked then fitted to the frame.Once the forks and wheels are fitted, I'll get it up on the centre stand.

Rebuilding my BMW R80/7 TIC. ( Ex UK Police Escort bike) Never built ( or even worked on) a bike before so some learning to do. First job, however, was easy, clean and paint the frame with 2 pack.
