Watching Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, I'm reminded of the legendary characters the classic Star Trek series gave us. Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Scotty, Uhura, Sulu, and Chekov will always be trekking through the galaxy aboard the U.S S. Enterprise 🖖

Christmas TV when I was a kid (70s/80s) was full of classics like The Great Escape, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, Connery/Moore Bond movies, and Golden Age comedies and musicals, spread across 3 channels 😄

The Last Jedi came out 7 years ago today at a time of huge turmoil in my life, and Luke's journey resonated deeply with me. To see my childhood hero lose himself but ultimately find peace and purpose means so much to me. It will always have a special place in my heart.
