I'd say on a scale of best to worst it goes Marie, Cheryl, Fiona.

Marie is used to surviving and navigating dangerous places. Cheryl's sense of direction is probably about as good as the average person's, maybe a little better. Fiona would get lost inside of a square room if given enough time.

A segment of the first book: Saintbloods. This specifically takes place during a prison break in the Great War. Yelena and company are having a rough time! Warning for violence/blood, just to be safe I suppose. #WIPSnips #WritingCommunity

I’m so bad at this part. I try to tie things together but there are days.

Characters that are memorable, settings that have meaning, and a plot that makes it hard to put the book down.

Fiona handles success about as well as the average person, probably the least brittle of the three protagonists.

Cheryl's anger is her downfall, but her determination is what sees her through. She will brute force something into working until either it falls or she does.

Marie doesn't handle *anything* well. She caves under everything, but somehow, despite that, she persists and pushes on.
