This is more to do with PQ policy postion on the MOU than it is to their ambitions of sovereignty. Though it may certainly become a scapegoat the PQ could raise to sink the deal.

Totally agree, and such a position will galvanize opposition in BC much like a parallel project over QC would do the same.

Sure it is but their results are quite a departure form AngusReid's recent approvals. It's almost as if the CPC paid for the results they wanted.
