I fell asleep about 12:15 then woke up about 3:45 when I heard my daughter getting ready for work. I put a live punk show on YouTube now it’s just playing random ones. Currently it’s a show by a band named Egghead from 2009. They feature a guy who was in Big Bang Theory. He doesn’t have a lisp.

Three years ago today. The Methadones, fronted by punk rock legend Dan Vapid. They’re one of my “Mount Rushmore” bands. At the Cobra Lounge in Chicago, capacity 143. They play live once every few years and my brother and I were able to go. My favorite show I’ve ever been to. #punkrock #punk

Half marathon number seven complete and I’m happy with how I ran. Goal was 2:00, finished at 1:57:19. Didn’t get up with my pacer to start so I had to wade through a ton of traffic the first few miles. #runnersofbluesky #running

When it comes to football, I’ll throw my own dog in. She got to go with me to visit my dad on the farm Friday night. This was her running away from me when I told her it was time to go home. I say I’m ready to run away from the rest of the season but I know I’ll be watching every week.
