Literally described as the most mellow and quiet person in the office for years! But here I am getting lectured about my tone because I did not allow this heifer to cut me off and over talk me, and pointed out factual issues instead of coddling her.

I’m so over this shit! Emotionally drained and over dealing with the short falls of incompetent management and white women tears. Oh and did I mention I’m not getting paid right now!
