And to further complain, the fact that you have to do some challenges from the Road Trip board in one of the three modes, INSIDE of Road Trip only is just arbitrary since most of them would work in the standard modes.

Road Trip is easily the weakest link of the entire game, doesn’t matter what difficulty you set it’s long, slow, repetitive, and incredibly boring.
