I know Ukraine has integrity in this war, but I’d start bombing the sources of his personal money. For example his home in Sochi. If he sees his financial empire coming down around him, he might honestly negotiate but not until he hurts.

What I do know about data centers as a software engineer, is that if the AI bubble bursts, these data centers will be abandoned. Data centers get tax abatements so any benefits won’t come for a decade.

If I was a county commissioner, I’d put a hold on any planned data center until the electric grid is sound. Otherwise the American public gets stiffed for the bill.

Counties and rural cities are confronting the large data centers that AI rely on. The officials of these counties and cities say tepidly yes, but regular citizens say the taxes they get from them are evil.

Good luck with that! Japan is the only economy using 6G. America can’t even broadcast in 4K format whereas Japan is broadcasting in 8K. We’re so far behind.

Lavrov and Putin need to be pressured more by taking away their personal assets. I’ve read that lavrov owns property in the UK it should be confiscated. Find these assets and sell them for money to Ukraine.
