I didn't like Zeta Gundam at first (Kamille starts off so annoying and the dub is... iffy) so I took a 6 month break on it. Started it back up at the gym the other week and now I love it, just finishing up the last episode.

Roasted a turkey for the first time this year, turned out awesome. Dry rub w/ sage, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, and ginger, then injection basted w/ Creole butter baste. Made gravy with the drippings. Next year I plan to smoke it if we're not in the middle of a blizzard.

We found these at a Korean market in Chicago and they are a 10/10. Tossed them in the extra hot Golden Curry with some other veggies and it was incredible.

I did a one-off food review of the nastiest coffee creamer I've ever had before one of my classes as a joke and then students asked me to do them more and now I do it before every class and students email me their reviews of stuff I talk about/give me stuff to try

Had several students that wouldn't quiet down for me to start class today and then were loud and disruptive in the back during class until I basically told them the camera in the back records their audio (I record my lectures). Really bummed me out but I was already in a bad headspace today so 🤷

2nd year in a row we've done Thanksgiving at home with just friends. Too difficult and expensive to travel back to Florida. Honestly? I like having it at our house and coordinating the dishes. So much less stress than trying to travel and it's nice to do it with friends.
