Onwards & upwards I’m just past the halfway point now. It didn’t feel as slow as the stats suggest but it is warm out & I enjoyed it. #C210K
I’m looking forward to Saturday #Parkrun back where I did my first ever one years ago.

Last night’s sunset didn’t disappoint. ☺️ One of life’s simple pleasures … sitting on a beach soaking it all up 🥰 #HappyDays #CoastLife #NorthNorfolk

Beautiful I’d imagine?

Tonight’s Harvest Moon. Lovely to see it, it’s been so cloudy at night lately.
L - taken sat on the beach about half an hour after it rose
R - taken from the window at home a few mins ago

Sometimes you’re in the right place at the right time! 2 Ospreys landed briefly at Weybourne, North Norfolk this evening before heading off into the sunset. 🚁 #AVGeek

From today's wildlife photography workshop @the-wildlifetrusts.bsky.social NWT Cley Marshes led by Vince Burton. The wind was unsettling the birds that were about. Finally someone was able to explain the exposure triangle so it made sense! All taken in manual mode,I enjoyed experimenting with settings.

To be fair the heavy old boots they wore may have helped!

Spoonbills: adult (L) & juvenile (R) regurgative feeding @the-wildlifetrusts.bsky.social NWT Cley Marshes taken from a hide early one Sunday in July 2025. I've never seen these birds so close, witnessed this behaviour before nor ever seen a photo of it.

A quick head count at Salthouse this morning, all 5 cygnets still seemingly thriving 😊 This one couldn’t get out of the pond fast enough,I didn’t have food,I was pursued anyway 😆 To be clear it approached me I just crouched down & let it do its thing. #ShowOff @swanwatchuk.bsky.social

Sadly my mate couldn’t make 🫖&🧁The urge to run was stronger than the urge to swim. I’ve never opted to leave home for a run in the rain before, it drizzled gently the whole time. It’s very mild & sheltered on the prom. It didn’t feel great but 5s off my 2 mile PR 😁🤷🏻‍♀️ #C210K

I’ll bear that in mind for next time - thank you ☺️

Today’s contribution for #FingerpostFriday a welcome sight when you’ve walked 8 miles from Whitby, yards from Robin Hood’s Bay. Up there as one of the best walks I’ve ever done. #RoadTrip2025 🥾 🎒

Tonight I realised it had been a while since I went to Cromer to sit and enjoy 🐟 & 🍟 on the pier watching sunset. I think just lately I’d forgotten to pause and just enjoy. A pleasant autumn evening #LuckyToLiveHere
