Seriously: bugs and dolls here.
I found a copy of the old MB Columbo Detective Game for @vysetron.pixeldie.com a few years ago (who is also a huge Columbo fan so I'm always linking him your doodles). The fun part being that they got the rights to Columbo, but not Falk's likeness. So Columbo is always...facing away.

Nature's Miracle often works on various pee spots.

I had a very aged dog and have a *ton* of washable waterproof blankets by the end to protect things if that might help. They are not pee pads as much as just ways of protecting the sofa and all.

I’m a NYE fan, but I left my halloween lights up this year. I only had the energy to do lights once. So my porch is purple and orange.

Damn thing is what runs my medical implant though, so I'm super grumpy.

I fortunately had a short delay on updating so was able to hop up to 26.2.

However my accessibility settings (eg, LESS TRANSPARENCY b/c I can't read that shit) had all been reset and the damn AI was on again, so there's been some serious grumbling as I fix it.

Your colors with them are always a treat!

I like ellipsus for the lack of AI and all, but it's not as feature-rich as Google Docs or One Note.
No dedicated app yet (they're working on it) but mobile browser/web browser does decent so long as you keep an eye on your sync status (and honestly their discord help is decent).

I have such a big soft spot for my Stagmomantis Limbata in there, simple green beans. Lovely little native US mantises.
They’re also flighty and amazingly dramatic. I love them as a ref species for Wedge.

Waterproof pet blankets are on our bed and futon anyways due to when we had our elderly dog - can be tricky to wash but helped protect things and have a barrier. Having a few to rotate was big for us.

I’ve never seen feeding them on the bed as a solution - but we have a (neutered long before he joined us) orange male who sometimes gets real…real… into things that smell like us.
All laundry has to be kept out of his reach and he’s ruined a few sweaters.

Pullman is also solidly against labeling things as "kids books", iirc. Especially his own - books for everyone.
Man I read these when they came out, but I need a reread so I can get them in front of my nephews and niece at the right time.

Man did I ever think Bluesky was messing with me with that crop until I got the last bit of the alt text.

I love the idea of Dad just being "Dad".

I'm lucky in that my migraines seem to be primarily (though not exclusively) related to POTS reaction to peri-menopause issues.
We're hoping that it'll let up enough to see about reducing the preventative meds afterwards.
Still stuck with the rest of my hEDS/MCAS/POTS + ADHD genetic combo tho.

If she’s got a heating pad, she may stick around better.

Had a spoiled barn cat who only liked a total of three people in her life who would sit on hers for days.
She retired from barn life at six years old to come be an apt cat with me, she never looked back.
