In 2025 I was able to:
✅ Land my first role as a SW ENG after months of searching.
✅ Participate in the Commit Your Code conference.
✅ Give my 1st presentation at Night of JavaScript.
✨ I’m excited for everything this new year will bring. Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and successful 2026!

Observability and AI was an awesome talk thanks to Kyle Shelton from @grafana.bsky.social. I learned how Grafana uses AI to automatically analyze metrics, logs, and traces so teams can detect patterns, troubleshoot issues faster, and reduce the manual effort of digging through observability data.

I gave my 1st talk at DSD meetup, and I chose Wasm as my topic. I love learning about diff technologies, and I wanted to speak about something we don’t usually hear much about. Understanding diff tools, not just the popular ones helps us think more creatively and approach problems in new ways.

At the #CommitYourCodeConference the GenAI with JS talk by Jacob was awesome! Learned about how to build intelligent systems with the power of LLMs. Even complex ideas were broken down into practical examples that made the session great.

I had the incredible opportunity to attend the #CommitYourCode conf and it was an amazing experience! With 3 tracks to choose from, I honestly wished I could split into 3 just to soak up all the knowledge.
Thank you to the great @dthompsondev.bsky.social and all the people that made this possible.
