The Summit also explored the future of the quantum workforce with reflections on skills development, national and international strategies and the growing connection between academia, industry and policy.

Experts highlighted innovative approaches in teaching and outreach: new tools for the classroom, online learning models and practical activities that help students understand complex quantum concepts.
