The old YT music autoplay was great. It just went through all the songs I've been listening to frequently automatically, so I never had to set up a playlist or smth

Yeah, definitely. It also has been affecting my YT autoplay when it comes to music.
On the one hand, I like that they recommend me songs I haven't listened to in a while, but at the same time I'd prefer them actually referencing the things I listen to a lot RIGHT NOW.

YT is just getting worse and worse for me in general. First YT stopped working properly on OperaGX and now this.

It seems to have started prioritizing a huge chunk of drama, call-out and those sorts of videos.
A few weeks ago it first started on the web browser and two days ago or so it also started impacting my TV application.
Usually I have to cleanse my recommendations every few months but this??

Why is YTs new algorythm actually making me not want to watch videos anymore.

It's like I look at the main page and I'm just like "I literally DO NOT care about any of this!"

I hate it when apps are like "do this task to claim a digital currency in order to not have have to spend money" but I am not spending 6€ on appearance stuff on discord so... if I just have to watch a video or open a dumb application in the background, I'll take it.

Oh, definitely.
The problem is that most people don't understand that romantic and sexual attraction doesn't need to line up 1 to 1, so I sort of assume the average person thinks the same way, as in
"gay = I want to sleep with men while identifying as a man"

You can be in a romantic relationship with a guy and still be attracted like that to woman. If it works, why not.
Only seems beneficial to me.
