I have been scheduled for a year with the GYN I see and @unitedhealtcare.bsky.social refused to negotiate with them-so now it will be another 10 months til I can get into see a new provider. Thanks United for always looking out for your purse!

What’s the difference between a gov controlling an algorithm, silently eliminating reach for things it doesn’t like, vs the same gov using its power, to demand that the platform remove the things it doesn’t like.?
