What I do not understand is why doesnt the UK 'simply' call in the debt the USA owes the UK?

After all it was December 29, 2006 we stopped paying USA loans for WW2 ?

We are 3rd owners of US debt after Japan & China

Until we address people only only pay Capital Gains Tax when they dispose of shares, funds or investment trusts

They continue to amass massive amounts of investments without paying any UK tax whatsoever

Yep paying 40% tax and higher rate NIC … heaven forbid I need to rely on the safety net I have paid into, the drawer bridge has been pulled up
