I think the constant and best part of the process are the morning pages, I feel like showing up everyday at my notebook is crucial but also rewarding, it’s not the easiest though, sometimes I really don’t feel like meeting myself at the start of the day

I was inspired by a random person at a xmas party over a year ago. Since then we became friends. That night she just told me she's writing a book and it got us talking. That was the moment I decided to start to write as well. It took over a year for me to start, but it happened.

To be honest it is both challenging and freeing equally. Creating something takes a lot of faith in my own abilities and in my words. What really helps is The Artist's Way, I am doing the 12 week program to get comfortable in my creative process.
