Did the new time code format not stick? The recent episodes are back to the "Keeper - 1:47:21" format that doesn't show up as chapters.

They should at least ensure new data centres pay the costs of their intense effects on their neighbours. This kind of regulation isn't new or unique to tech.
A huge part of the value of government is to prevent the Tragedy of the Commons through regulation. (Since it's not solved by a free market.)
