1. pbj with an inner layer of potato chips on a peasant/white bread.
2. On Italian bread sliced and toasted (never was in my lunchbox) with cream cheese and sliced green olives with pimento.
Adult classic: egg sandwich on toasted crusty bread with pesto + chedder cheese.
