Miso glazed cod, spicy stir fried broccolini, home made chili crisp. Did the fish in the toaster oven since I was only doing one portion and it didn’t get hot enough to really brown the glaze. Still tasty, though.

Ribs aren’t just for smoking. Oven roasted with tomatoes, onions and peppers that cook down into a jam here. Sautéed corn with Calabrian chili and lemon juice. Arugula salad with vinaigrette and fried almonds and garlic chips.

Raiding the fridge for breakfast. Leftover corn risotto, Italian sausage, blistered cherry tomatoes. Garnished with parm, basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
