Just to be clear Brexit isn't to blame on this one (though the coalition....). It was something I tried to point out to people before the brexit vote that their idea that 500 million Europeans were going to move over was mad and as things were going in 20 years it was more likely to be the other way

Ah yes, good old its not about ethnicity its about culture. Beloved shout of the far right as they realise it sells so much better and can even bring over a few non-white Islamophobes to their side (though they're clearly next on the list, see also the LGB Alliance.).

This is core to where a lot of the far rights inroads into poor areas comes from really.
Growing up my town had maybe a dozen Asians and a village black guy. Uncommon to see minorities.
Now its pretty normal to see non white people.
This coincides with the towns economy vanishing so correl=cause.

I'm surprised. I'll take your word for it, I don't follow what you do.
But in my experience Twitter is infested with quitlings and I've never seen one on here.
I have on the other hand seen lots of good stuff on BS discussing the far right problem.

I think it depends who you are. I've heard black guys speak well of being far more accepted in Britain, but middle eastern and Asian people feel far more under watch.

I've got a small scale conspiracy theory in my head that Labour are letting Reform win local councils to show everyone how absolutely incompetent they are.
