Science fiction is fun! Who doesn't like to think about cool scenarios and write stories about what could have been? But to put this in the possibly totally real thing that could have happened is going to need a lot more rigorous work to even approach that neighborhood.

When the court planted an explosive brick in the foundation of our government by making a decision so garbage they said it shouldn't be used for future precedent, they set us on a disastrous course. I was so disappointed in so many people that year.
