full agree. i’d rather deal with the inconveniences than have widespread access to something so insidious. but god it would make some things so much easier lol

also i’m not like a hardline “gaylor dni” she might be queer, i have zero clue bc i don’t know her. but generally find extreme muse obsession weird on either side. and don’t love the implication that she’s lying abt her life constantly.

never be the 5 year girlfriend waiting on the ring if the ring is what you wanted the whole time.
told my fiancé i was gonna be married by 26, and a stay at home mom with a baby by 28 on the FIRST DATE. will be married a month before 26, with a financial plan for a baby by 28. it works.

there’s SO much true and raw vulnerability in the original - all too well standard 2012 almost has an entirely different meaning than standard TV. like TV has a sympathetic overlay for the protagonist, while OG is like a grieving dirge.

absolutely. i adore both, but in my head, the songs will always sound RIGHT on 2012. but red (tv) came out at a very pivotal time in my life (days before i was 22 and as i met my fiancé) so those sounds are tied to that time in my life. so i love it, too. but they’re like different albums to me lol

Maybe this is me being utopian, but I like the idea of my taxes supporting people getting involved politically - so long as both sides stand a chance. If churches get away with it, other non-profits should, too. I think this would help our movement, no? Community organization shouldn’t be taxed.

I want to be super clear, while I always have valued community organization, this opinion of mine is being fleshed out in real time re: should 501(c)3’s be allowed to be politically involved. Genuinely curious for your take as a president of one! I’m procrastinating lol. Also what is your org for?

But what if the community supports that candidate?
Do you think the issue is with selective enforcement and it would be better if political involvement from 501(c)3’a remained prohibited? I lean towards removing the prohibition for all, but I’m not nearly as informed as you are from running one!

I think they are using the money in alignment with their communities stated goals, even though I disagree with their goals, I think it’s one of the best examples of successful community organization. Perhaps our focus should be on forming/participating in non religious exempt orgs for our own goals.
