Gotta think that if Google hadn’t made search worse over the last 10 years, their ability to launch a killer deep research tool would be even better than what they have today. Great search -> “imagine what it can do with AI” vs “bad search, I’ll use Claude/ChapGPT”

Really curious to see if Cursor can hit revenue escape velocity enough to avoid being purchased *and* build a moat on the model and IDEf fronts.

Another Slate EV thought: incentives being cut and prices going up generally will make it really disappointing for people next year thinking they were really going to get a $20k EV. Again, hope to be wrong and excited to see a company try bottom up vs top down entry approach
