Rulings like Little v. Llano and those that defer to the 5th Circuit going forward may limit consideration of First Amendment claims in library collection decisions, but they DO NOT require censorship, and DO NOT remove local responsibility or community voice.

PUBLIC libraries in those states are not public libraries anymore. They're government mouthpieces. If the government doesn't want you to have access to a book about a gay kid, THEY get to decide that for you.

Our libraries have been stolen from us and it's not getting better.
